Job Description
· Looking for more mid-senior level
· Must have experience with both Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
o Core skills/high level within AEP- if they are using AJO they will have AEP experience, some candidates get more in-depth with it, they do not need to be that in-depth
· Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
· Experience with primarily building email campaigns and templates, but should be comfortable with journeys across the omnichannel
· Experience in building the journeys and using journey canvas in AJO
o They may have some templates already done
· Experience working with schemas
o Most of these are packaged up/already defined
o Schemas to expose events
· Understanding of profiles for audiences
· Experience in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) –
o Writing alerts in CJA
o Have reporting and analytics team that will stand up dashboard. But they need to be able to read and view CJA reports, see if there is an email bounce issues, is campaign performing successfully
· Do not need Unica, but other previous marketing automation could be helpful
· SQL - need it for researching Data query services withing adobe
o Does field have data I need – and does the field have the output
o Do not need extensive SQL skills, but some would be good
· Any type of email coding would be a huge plus, but not required – HTML/CSS
· General understanding of personalization would be a plus
Soft Skills:
· Working with new teams, need to have intuitive listening, good communication, approach with knowledge and acclimate into diverse group
· Technical aptitude and common language
· Dynamic - small group, works well with small team and work independently
