Job Description
Expert knowledge of :
leads and manages complex, cross-functional Salesforce initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects and aligning them with business goals
. Need to work closely with various stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing risks, communicating progress, and driving improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Develop and maintain program plans, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce technology and its various modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Project Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute projects, including defining tasks, milestones, and dependencies, and managing project execution.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication and Reporting: Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, and maintain detailed documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
