Job Description
Experience:
Strong background in Supply Chain / Distribution environments.
Experience implementing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
Jira expertise is a major plus (PMO is pushing all teams toward Jira).
Clarity PPM knowledge helpful but can be learned quickly (primarily for timesheets and task setup).
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects over $1M.
Deep financial management skills.
Behavioral Expectations:
Neutral, calm, steady presence—able to navigate intense roadmaps and stressed teams.
Should not be easily rattled or overly casual; must balance personalities and keep teams focused.
Example scenario discussed:
