Job Description
Position : SAP S/4HANA BRIM.
Location : Hybrid Harrisburg PA
Client : Commonwealth of PA
Experience: 15+
This job posting is for an SAP S/4HANA Analyst to support the implementation and support of UBOS (likely a billing and revenue system) for the PTC (Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission). The role involves:
1. Requirements gathering: Leading workshops to document requirements and develop an Agile Product Backlog.
2. Implementation support: Providing subject matter expertise for implementation-specific processes and procedures.
3. Testing: Leading testing efforts, including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
4. Training and documentation: Creating user readiness documentation and leading workshops for user training.
5. Post-go-live support: Providing functional support and root cause analysis for defects.
The ideal candidate should have:
1. SAP-BRIM expertise: 15+ years of experience in billing and SAP BRIM implementations.
2. End-to-end Order-to-Cash experience: Experience with business process design and implementation.
3. Agile and waterfall methodologies: Experience with both project management approaches.
4. Microsoft Office 365 proficiency: Skilled in Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to understand complex contracts and billing systems.
The engagement requires:
1. Location: Within the Continental United States.
2. Background checks: ePATCH and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check.
3. Remote work: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site requirements.
