Job Description
Must Have Skill:
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or relevant certifications).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Architecture:
- Designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet client requirements.
- Developing secure, high-performance Salesforce implementations.
- Designing and documenting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Ensuring solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices and coding standards.
- Identifying gaps between current and desired end-states.
Implementation and Delivery:
- Leading technical design sessions and documenting solutions.
- Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Overseeing the Salesforce project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Leading development teams and providing technical guidance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
- Communicating technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working closely with delivery managers and functional solution architects.
- Providing pre-sales support, including discovery and technical deep-dive sessions.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce development languages (Apex, LWC) and integration patterns.
- Experience with data modeling, data migration, and security.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security capabilities (TLS, SSL) and best practices.
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or relevant certifications).
- Experience: Extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and development.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming skills (Apex, LWC), data modeling, and integration expertise.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
