| Principal Solutions Architect – SAP BusinessObjects Consultant
We require a highly experienced SAP BusinessObjects Consultant with expertise in the design, development, deployment, and management of complex SAP BusinessObjects environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, along with extensive experience supporting large-scale, clustered, and distributed server architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture design, implementation, and optimization of clustered, distributed SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) environments.
• Develop and implement optimal BOE Service architectures designed for scalability, high utilization, and high availability.
• Configure and manage Entra ID integrations, utilizing advanced SAML and/or OAuth Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Optimize web load balancers, DNS configurations, and SSL integrations to ensure robust security, performance, and failover capabilities.
• Architect NAS and network file systems for efficient and secure data access and storage.
• Plan and manage seamless migrations and rigorous content testing using Wiiisdom 360 tools to maintain service continuity.
• Conduct comprehensive system and content testing, ensuring functionality, performance, and security standards are consistently met.
• Facilitate integration with cloud-based database solutions, effectively aligning on-premise and cloud environments for optimal data management.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience as an SAP BusinessObjects consultant.
• Proven success designing, deploying, and managing complex BusinessObjects architectures for large enterprises.
• Extensive experience with clustered environments supporting large-scale user bases.
• Deep technical proficiency in universe design, report development, RESTful web services, and BOE service architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise with Entra ID, SAML and OAuth configurations, DNS management, SSL certificates, NAS systems, and network architecture.
• Extensive experience leveraging Wiiisdom 360 tools for migrations, system upgrades, and extensive testing.
• Skilled in integrating cloud database environments with SAP BusinessObjects deployments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
Preferred:
• Extensive knowledge and familiarity with Fidelity-specific architectures, security models, and business processes.
• Prior successful deployments of similar solutions within Fidelity business units. |
