Job Description
Position Summary:
As a SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Convergent Mediation component within the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) suite. Your expertise will help ensure seamless data mediation between network usage systems and SAP Convergent Charging.

Your expertise will help ensure seamless data mediation between network usage systems and SAP Convergent Charging.

Exp: 15+ Years
Note: Candidate as to work onsite 1 week for every 5-6 weeks. Client Communicate required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
- Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Integrate SAP CM with external systems such as usage collection platforms and Convergent Charging
- Develop mediation rules, usage data mappings, and transformation logic
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across the usage-to-bill flow
- Support testing, training, and documentation activities during project delivery
- Provide post-go-live support and performance tuning
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with SAP BRIM solutions, including at least 2 years hands-on with Convergent Mediation
- Strong understanding of usage event collection, mediation rules, and integration with Convergent Charging
- Proficiency in Java or Groovy scripting for CM logic development
- Familiarity with Telco, Utilities, or Subscription-based billing models
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC), SAP CI/FICA, or other BRIM components
- Previous implementation experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- SAP BRIM certification (a plus)
