Job Description
Candidate shall be work from NY office for 3 days in a week.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
· At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology or Business Management.
· At least 8+ years of experience in Core Banking Product implementation
· Detailed knowledge in the Core, Deposit, Lending and Integration modules of Core Banking.
· Hands-on experience in Incident management and stakeholder management.
· Hands on experience in troubleshooting, Configuration management, testing and Data analysis.
Preferred
· Analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and providing technical guidance related to core banking systems
· Hands on experience in implementing BaaS (Banking as a Service) implementation specialist for the deposit’s module focuses on integrating deposit-related functionalities into a BaaS platform.
· Hands-on experience in defining the requirement for integrated APIs to make a variety of financial services available directly to their customers.
· Collaborating with business users to understand their requirements, analyze processes, and propose solutions.
· Implemented RegD, Regcc, backup withholding (BWH), APIC rules, garnish rules, garnishments, reporting-1098,1099, interest discount miscellaneous. 1042 reporting, BSA reporting
· Functional expertise in Enterprise Core Banking Software
· Working Knowledge of Oracle PLSQL. RPG skills are an added advantage.
· Willingness to learn new products on the job
· Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile, waterfall
· Experience in triaging and service request prioritization.
· Client interfacing for complex reviews and mentor the team on Functional Competencies
· Analytical and Communication skills
· Planning and Co-ordination skills
· Experience with project management
· Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
· Experience and desire to work in production support operations.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and leverage professional relationships internally and externally.
