Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant with a strong background in Archer development and solution design. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in core Archer components, custom solutions, and full SDLC management within the RSA Archer/eGRC platform.
We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant with a strong background in Archer development and solution design. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in core Archer components, custom solutions, and full SDLC management within the RSA Archer/eGRC platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure Archer solutions including ODAs and core solution customizations

Implement advanced workflows, data feeds, APIs, DDEs, notifications, reports, and dashboards

Manage access controls, layouts, calculated fields, and cross-references

Prepare system documentation and technical specifications

Lead solution deployment across test and production environments

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and platform enhancements
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Archer development experience
- Proficiency in application packaging, mail merge, and data imports
- Experience with technical documentation and stakeholder engagement
