Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll (PY).
   -  
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll schema, and country-specific requirements (e.g., US, UK, India, etc.).
   -  
Familiarity with related HCM modules such as Time Management (TM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
   -  
Experience with integration between SAP HCM and SAP FI/CO.
   -  
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   -  
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
