Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday HCM, including Absence Management and Core HR modules.
- Proven experience in Workday configuration of absence plans, time-off, leave of absence, eligibility rules, and business processes.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate across systems.Experience with testing cycles (unit, regression, and UAT).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
