Job Title: Loyalty Communications & Email Strategy Manager
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)
Summary:
Rockwoods seeks a Loyalty Communications & Email Strategy Manager for a hybrid role (4 days onsite) supporting a client in Tysons Corner, VA. You will lead loyalty communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel loyalty communication strategies.
- Implement lifecycle programs (welcome, re-engagement, referrals, etc.).
- Design trigger-based, personalized campaigns using behavioral data.
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
- Partner with analytics to test, track, and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure channel consistency across email, SMS, push notifications, and web.
- Manage workflows, campaign calendars, and QA processes for flawless execution.
- Stay updated on trends in AI, ML, and customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years in digital/email marketing, loyalty, or CRM (B2C/financial services preferred).
- Expertise in ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, etc.) and SMS/app push tools.
- Strong data-driven approach with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
- Analytical mindset with storytelling and project management skills.
