Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow. The role focuses on automating identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance while integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
- Implement identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Develop and customize:
- Workflows
- Rules
- Connectors
- Provisioning policies
- Certification campaigns
- Integrate SailPoint with applications such as:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Databases and cloud applications
- Configure access certifications, role models, and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and production incidents
- Perform upgrades, patches, and environment support activities
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams
- Prepare technical documentation and support audits/compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, and XML
- Hands-on experience with IAM concepts:
- Access governance
- Identity lifecycle management
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAMLOA
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance (SOX, GDPR, ISO)
Nice to Have:
- SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD)
- Knowledge of other IAM tools (Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock)
