 Job Summary:
 ·         We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with a strong background in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Applications, and the full marketing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing data solutions that support marketing functions within the Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) sector.
 ·         This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product managers, and data engineers.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
   - Architect scalable, efficient, and reliable data solutions for marketing analytics and applications.
  - Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and product teams to understand data needs and translate them into robust architectural designs.
  - Design and implement data models, pipelines, and integrations that support the entire marketing lifecycle—from campaign planning to performance analytics.
  - Optimize and manage data flows using modern data tools and platforms.
  - Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across marketing systems.
  - Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering and analytics teams.
  
    
 Required Skills & Experience:
   - Proven experience as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer in marketing-focused environments.
  - Deep understanding of Marketing Analytics, Marketing Technology Stacks, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  - Proficiency in the following technologies:
  - Snowflake
  - SnapLogic (or equivalent ETL tools)
  - DBT (data build tool)
  - Python (for scripting, automation, or data transformation)
  - Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data systems.
  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills—ability to work effectively with business and product teams.
  
    
 Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) industry or real estate-related marketing platforms is highly desirable.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, HubSpot) is a plus.

Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in marketing contexts.
