Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Systems Administrator to manage and improve our Zendesk (or HappyFox) support system. You will help build workflows, support users, and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and automate workflows in HappyFox
Create SOPs and flowcharts to map current and future processes
Handle support tickets raised by users
Provide training for new features and new user onboarding
Maintain a knowledge base for “how-to” questions
Work with the Salesforce team to integrate HappyFox and Salesforce
Set up new HappyFox instances for regional/exclusive locations
Requirements:
Strong experience in Zendesk or HappyFox administration
Ability to create documentation, flows, and training materials
Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Salesforce integration is a plus
