Strong hands-on experience with Trillium Software (Director, Discovery, Quality, Control Center)
Deep understanding of data quality, data profiling, and data integration concepts
Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Trillium software, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution.
Monitor and maintain system performance and availability for the Trillium platform.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant usage.
Coordinate and execute software upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure environment compatibility and stability.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, upgrade procedures, and support activities.
Support the integration of Trillium with enterprise systems such as ETL tools, data warehouses, and MDM platforms.
Configure Trillium components (Director, Discovery, Quality, Control Center) according to business and technical requirements.
Work with development and data teams to optimize workflows and automation within the Trillium environment.
Plan, test, and deploy Trillium software updates and patches in alignment with change management policies.
Perform post-upgrade validation and rollback planning to ensure system reliability.
