Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Test Lead to oversee and manage the testing efforts for Workday Payroll implementation and/or enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Payroll, strong QA methodologies, and a track record of leading testing teams through full project lifecycles, including parallel runs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end payroll validation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Test Lead to oversee and manage the testing efforts for Workday Payroll implementation and/or enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Payroll, strong QA methodologies, and a track record of leading testing teams through full project lifecycles, including parallel runs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end payroll validation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in testing Workday Payroll implementations or enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing principles and compliance requirements (U.S. and/or global payroll, depending on scope).
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
- Experience leading payroll testing efforts for large-scale system implementations.
- Proficient in developing test scripts and using test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, TestRail).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
