Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
 
·        Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and other modules as needed.
·        Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
·        Develop and maintain Workday roadmaps, solution architecture diagrams, and integration designs.
·        Oversee Workday integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
·        Provide technical leadership for configuration, custom reports, calculated fields, EIBs, Studio, and Workday Extend as needed.

Required Qualifications:
 
·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
·        8+ years of experience in HRIS, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated Workday Architect or Lead role.
·        Strong expertise in Workday HCM configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
·        Proven experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking.
·        Experience designing and implementing complex Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
·        In-depth knowledge of Workday data structures and reporting (Advanced/Composite Reporting).
·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·        Strong ability to lead cross-functional discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
·        Prior experience in large-scale Workday deployments and upgrades is preferred.
