In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in Microsoft cloud technologies, sharp troubleshooting abilities, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, and Power BI.
- Assist with administration and upkeep of Microsoft 365 tenants, licenses, and user accounts.
- Work alongside senior engineers to implement governance, compliance, and security policies for collaboration tools.
- Partner with business units to facilitate low-code/no-code app development and automation projects using Power Platform.
- Monitor system health and conduct routine maintenance tasks.
- Create and update documentation for standard operating procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay informed on Microsoft 365 roadmap developments and proactively apply relevant updates.
- Engage in continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Proficient with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Basic to intermediate experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Understanding of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Familiar with Microsoft 365 compliance and security center tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Eagerness to learn new Microsoft tools and technologies.
