Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to define requirements for telecom systems
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation
Analyze BSS/OSS processes and identify optimization or automation opportunities
Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams
Perform impact/gap/root cause analysis and support solution design
Lead UAT efforts and validate deliverables
Track telecom KPIs, SLAs, and support business reporting needs
Keep up with industry trends and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, IT, Business, or related field
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom Domain (BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Network Ops)
Knowledge of telecom processes (order mgmt, provisioning, billing, customer care)
Tools: MS Word, Visio, Confluence, JIRA
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
