Job Description
- Support planning, tracking, and delivery of infrastructure automation workstreams.
- Maintain delivery plans, sprint trackers, milestones, and weekly status reports.
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements for automation use cases.
- Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with automation teams using IaC and CI/CD practices.
- Support UAT, validation, and closure of actions/defects.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers proactively.
- Act as a day-to-day interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Required Skills
- Understanding of Infrastructure Automation / IaC concepts
- Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on prem infrastructure
- Knowledge of ITSM processes (ServiceNow preferred)
- Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
- Agile / Scrum / Kanban working experience
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in
- Technical Business Analysis, OR
- Infrastructure / Platform delivery coordination , OR
- Automation / DevOps project environments
- Leading Infrastructure projects.
