Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows-VMware Administrator with Active Directory expertise to serve as a Technical SME. This onsite role supports infrastructure across Windows Servers, VMware, Cisco UCS, and AWS (S3/EC2).
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of Windows + VMware Admin experience (SME level)
- Deep hands-on with:
• Windows Server & Active Directory (ADFS Level 2)
• VMware ESXi / vSphere, Hyper-V
• Cisco UCS-Converged Infrastructure
• AWS EC2 and S3 - Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, clustering
- PowerShell scripting preferred
- Experience with SAN and virtualization tuning
- Patch management, OS builds, and secure deployments
- Strong incident response and 24/7 production support
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Windows/VMware environment support
- Active Directory management, domain controller configuration
- Virtual infrastructure monitoring and tuning
- Custom VMware deployments, patching, and automation
- Collaboration across infra, security, and business teams
- Documentation and compliance alignment
Qualifications
- 14+ years total IT experience
- Proven SME-level skills in Windows, VMware, and AWS infrastructure
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Willingness to work onsite and support 24/7 mission-critical
