Job Title: Intel Unite Support(Infrastructure)
Location: Indianapolis IN (Onsite)
Job Description: Intel Unite Support (includes testing of new versions, including end user support, and upgrades)
Unite Server Support:
- Maintain Operational Runtime of the Unite servers, including off hours unplanned outages
- Patch and Version upgrades with related Testing of Unite.
- Updating of Unite quality, security and operational documentation as needed
Unite Hub Support:
- Patch and Version upgrades with related Testing of the Unite Hub.
- Work with the teams (SCCM) to build upgrade packages for Intel Hub patches/upgrades
- Test and Verify Intel Hub with Microsoft updates and other clients (AV, SCCM, etc)
- Test and verify new hardware versions/options
- Work with EPO to configure and establish vPro support capability for remote support
- Updating of Unite quality and operational documentation as needed
Unite Client Support:
- Patch and Version upgrades with related Testing of the Unite Client (Windows/Mac/iOS).
- Work with the teams to build upgrade packages for Intel Client patches/upgrades
- Work with end users that have problems T1 can not support to identify and resolve issues
Unite Operational Support:

Uploading and maintaining Unite Background Images

Submitting and tracking Unite Server/Hub/Client support tickets with Intel

Notifications to appropriate support teams of assets with extended outages

Notifications of Unite planned outages to appropriate support teams

Adding and maintaining Asset Management Database with deployment information

Monitoring of Hub status with monitoring tools; reporting issues to support team

Contributing to the Global Conference Support community with knowledge sharing, especially around Intel Unite
