Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Workforce Scheduling and Time and Labor

Strong understanding of Time and Labor business processes and configuration options.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor team members.

Experience with Oracle Absence Management, Payroll, or Core HR.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Industry-specific experience in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
