Job Description

Looking for a Network Expert to evaluate and optimize the VMware network infrastructure. This role focuses on vSwitch configurations, segmentation strategies, and external connectivity to support future scalability, migration, and cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review VMware network deployment including vSwitch configuration and resource group structuring.
• Ensure network design adheres to best practices and technical standards.
• Assess segmentation and external connectivity for scalability and cloud integration.
• Evaluate DNS, firewall, routing, and switching technologies for optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with VMware and automation experts to ensure cohesive infrastructure performance.
• Provide recommendations to enhance network resilience, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in enterprise network engineering within virtualized environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware networking components and configurations.
• Familiarity with DNS, firewalls, routing, and switching technologies.
• Experience with cloud integration (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
