Role Summary
This role blends strategic product management with hands-on product ownership. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer and business within a cross-functional Agile team, defining product vision, strategy, and priorities. The focus is on delivering value-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Definition & Strategy
- Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligned with business goals.
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Ensure product features enhance the end-to-end customer experience across digital and operational touchpoints.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the single point of accountability for product delivery within Agile teams.
- Partner with Product Managers to align on strategy and roadmap execution.
- Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Service.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
Product Metrics & Performance
- Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, NPS, conversion rates, revenue impact, operational efficiency).
- Use data insights to guide decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success.
- Promote continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and iterative enhancements.
Business Impact
- Deliver products that contribute to revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand quality.
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong Product Owner capabilities.

Domain expertise in e-commerce is highly valued; experience in travel, retail, or airlines also relevant.

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Comfortable working in hybrid environments with on-site presence 3 days/week.
