Business Project Manager for Specialty Benefits Individual Dental & Vision Project-
BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience
8-10 years of business project management and program leadership experience
Health insurance or managed care experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Experience leading large-scale programs
Ability to lead matrixed teams and drive accountability across all levels
Strategic mindset with ability to connect business strategy -> go-to-market -> execution
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to simplify complex concepts
Proactive risk identification and problem-solving skills
Strong business and technical acumen, including SDLC and Agile understanding
