Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) – Projects modules and Accounts Receivable (AR). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Projects, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and integration with AR.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Cloud PPM Projects and AR modules.
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Grants Management, and Project Performance Reporting.
  • Implement AR modules, including Billing, Customer Setup, Receipts, Lockbox, Collections, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Map business requirements to system functionalities and provide best practice solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations with other Oracle modules (Procurement, GL, AP, etc.).
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDs), configuration documents, and test scripts.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, provide production support, and work on enhancements.
  • Assist with data migration, reports (OTBI/BIP), and system upgrades.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM (Projects Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants, Project Control, Project Foundation).
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud AR (Receivables, Billing, Collections, Lockbox, Customer Management).
  • Knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Project Accounting, Revenue Management, and AR lifecycle.
  • Experience in solution design, requirement analysis, gap-fit, and configuration.
  • Familiarity with integration points between PPM, AR, GL, and Procurement.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, MD50, TE040, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
