Reviewing CMDB, update data, review issues/tickets/emails, update systems as needed. Attend meetings w/ vendor and design counterparts.
3+ years operational support in technical environment.
Priority soft skills Written and spoken communication, self-starter/initiative, and ability to work with others.

Requirements:
· Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF).
· Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows.
· Experience with systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc).
· Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment.
· Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC.
· Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes.
