Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related).
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
- NetSuite Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Proficient in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, and custom reporting.
- Core Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, or other CRM/ERP integrations.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator or SuiteCloud Developer).
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards like ASC 606.
NetSuite Business Analyst – Role Overview
Client is seeking a skilled NetSuite Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will primarily support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Management, with additional responsibilities across Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and other financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and support NetSuite financial modules, especially AR and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Create documentation for business processes, configurations, and training materials.
- Conduct requirements gathering, system customization, and ongoing support.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and evaluate potential enhancements.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related).
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst with deep NetSuite experience.
- Core Skills:
- Strong expertise in AR and ARM modules.
- Proficient in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Skills:
