Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sterling File Gateway (SFG) Engineer / MFT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in IBM SFG and play a key role in managing, supporting, and integrating secure file transfer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
- Guide and assist stakeholders on integrating applications and services with SFG.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of file transfer solutions.
- Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to manage connectivity with AWS services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFG and file transfer processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway.
- Strong knowledge of Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and AWS service connectivity.
- Proven experience in production support and integration guidance for SFG.
