Location:- Bay area, CA (Candidate must be local to Bay area, CA)
Full Time role
We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud transition project.
Responsibilities:
• Manage program planning, execution, delivery, and closure, including timelines and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with goals and Agile practices.
• Handle stakeholder communications, expectations, and progress updates.
• Identify, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Drive strategic decisions to meet business objectives.
• Manage budget, resources, scope, and vendor relationships.
• Incorporate generative AI for project acceleration.
• Facilitate global collaboration with oNshore teams.

• 10+ years in program management for enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ/RCA projects preferred.
• Strong Agile knowledge; PMP or similar certification.
