Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring successful delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and other functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional, and technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in IT with 4+ years managing Oracle EBS projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.).
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
