Job Description
We are seeking an experienced FCCS Consultant to manage, configure, and support Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining metadata, forms, reports, data integration, and ensuring smooth execution of consolidation processes. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage/edit metadata, hierarchies, and ownership data.
- Develop and maintain Data Forms, including rules attached to forms.
- Create and manage Financial Reports (FR) and Smart View reports.
- Establish Smart View connections and build ad-hoc analysis sheets.
- Run consolidation processes such as Consolidations, Translations, Business Data refresh, and Metadata validation; resolve related issues.
- Configure and manage load locations, mappings, and load rules.
- Load data and exchange rates; troubleshoot load failures.
- Validate data at a high level and perform drill-down analysis to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform application backup and restoration as required.
