The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and Web Services.

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification preferred.
