Qualifications Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (implementation or post-production support).
- Strong expertise in at least one core Workday module (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
- Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and security administration.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Workday certification(s) in one or more HCM modules.
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
- Prior consulting or HRIS project experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.
