Job Description:
The Salesforce Delivery Director will lead enterprise-wide Salesforce delivery initiatives across Sales, Service, Health and Life Sciences, and Marketing Clouds. This position ensures that technical execution aligns with business objectives, drives platform maturity, and fosters innovation through scalable architecture and agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple clouds and geographies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee solution architecture, integration strategy, and release planning for Salesforce implementations.
- Manage cross-functional teams (both internal and vendor) across scrum work-streams, ensuring quality, velocity, and budget adherence.
- Engage with business and cross-technology stakeholders to define future-state roadmaps for their respective business functions and drive delivery maturity through strategic planning and internal team growth.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Platform Director and Operational Directors to ensure that the platform is secure, resilient, and operationally efficient.
- Focus on people leadership, team management, and talent development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strong experience in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Skilled in managing organizational change and driving the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
- Successful track record in leading integrations (e.g., Genesys CTI, EMR/EHR, middleware) and applying agile, DevOps, and release management practices.
Additional and Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certified Salesforce Architect or equivalent credentials preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
