- Do you have experience implementing Power System Applications such as Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Load Forecasting?
- Do you have enhancement or defect-fixing experience in EMS / ADMS / SCADA?
- Have you worked on Linux OS and databases to manage EMS environments?
- How comfortable are you with scripting or database queries for troubleshooting or configuration?
- Have you worked with QTest or GRIP tools?
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Administration and optimization of Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Experience with GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21) and/or AEMS Platform Software
- Exposure to EMS platforms from Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider, or equivalent
- Simulated RTU, IED, Consoles
- Protocols: ICCP, IEC, DNP3, Modbus
- Data modeling using XML / JSON
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
- Knowledge of databases: Oracle, SQL Server
- 5+ years of experience in Power System Applications:
- Programming / scripting experience in C, C++, PERL, SQL, Shell scripting
- Ability to read logs, debug files, and troubleshoot live systems
- Experience installing fixes on live customer systems
Roles & Responsibilities
- Model validation and defect fixing for DTS systems
- Perform corrective actions to restore failed or failing EMS services
- Conduct code reviews, deployment, testing, and monitoring of break/fix patches
- Support EMS system stability and operational reliability
