- Lead end-to-end Workday technical design and implementation across HCM and/or Financials
- Own and architect Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect
- Lead data migration/conversion activities and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Configure and support Workday security, domains, roles, and Business Process Framework
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Workday developers/consultants
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Workday Technical Lead / Architect
- Deep hands-on expertise in Workday Integrations
- Experience with Workday Studio and complex integrations
- Strong understanding of HCM and/or Financials
- Experience with implementation, migration, or upgrade projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
