Job Description: - Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
- Hands-on expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge
- Good understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
