Job Description: 

• Project Details:
• This team is "Call Intelligence," builds and maintains models that extract actionable insights from call transcripts with CVS customers. They are building models (i.e. recommendation engines, segmentation, summarization) to extract insights and map customers to CVS products and offerings based on their interactions with CVS customer service agents. This group is responsible for analyzing the data, selecting the model, building the models and measuring outputs. They partner with other internal teams who are subject matter experts and analysts to ensure the models are accurate and their outputs are used to identify trends and opportunities within customer service interactions. Her team is growing because the demand for these products continues to increase - they will be the builders for anything net new.
• Top Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of impact analyses, e.g., power analyses, A/B testing.

Skill Requirements:

·        Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

·        Strong understanding of impact analyses, e.g., power analyses, A/B testing.

·        Experience with exploring data to create datasets that can be used for a reliable source of truth for evaluation.

·        Understanding of lead and lag indicators that align with long-term business outcomes.

·        Ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to external stakeholders.

·        Excellent communication skills and visualization to convey results and recommendations to diverse audiences.
