Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementation, migration, and production support within the logistics and transportation domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of OTM core modules along with solid technical skills in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, EDI integrations, agent configuration, reporting, and performance tuning. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support scalable OTM solutions across multiple customers and OTM versions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support enhancement, implementation, and upgrade projects across multiple OTM versions (OTM 6.x and OTM Cloud).
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize OTM core modules to meet business needs.
- Provide production support, including defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
- Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT) and support deployment activities.
- Develop and support EDI integrations, interfaces, and data migration activities.
- Configure and manage OTM agents, automation rules, and workflows.
- Create and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of OTM solutions.
- Conduct end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and offshore/onshore stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Strong experience in OTM implementations, upgrades, migrations, and production support.
- In-depth functional knowledge of logistics and transportation business processes.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and OTM schema.
- Experience with EDI transactions, integrations, and interface development.
- Hands-on experience with OTM agents, automation, and reporting.
- Experience working with OTM Cloud and on-prem versions (6.x).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
