Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Grant Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that meet business and public sector requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Implement and support Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
- Configure and customize Salesforce Grant Management modules.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Perform data migration, data transformation, and system enhancements.
- Support deployment activities using change sets or DevOps tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain documentation for development and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
- Experience working with Salesforce Grant Management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.

Experience working in Public Sector or Government projects.

Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
