About the Role

As a Database engineer you will be responsible for developing application business logic using SQL queries, supporting lightweight RDBMS administration activities and developing rich reports and dashboards

Responsibilities:

• As a database engineer, you will be architecting databases (tables, views etc) based on application needs. You will be responsible for developing business logic using SQL statements
• You will be responsible for designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects at the same time and work independently with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications (MQs):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a SQL Database Engineer or Database Developer.
• Extensive experience in RDBMS table design and writing efficient advanced SQL queries
• 5+ years of experience in developing application business logic using T-SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts and Python
• 5+ years of experience with lightweight Database administration in Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS
• 5+ years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Having experience using DAX is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs):

Experience working in a Semiconductor manufacturing industry will be a plus
