Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Process Analyst with 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, business systems documentation, and enterprise project implementation, including expertise in documenting future-state business processes, and training documentation. This role will support the UCOP Intellectual Property Management Solution (IPMS) Transformation Project, spanning multiple systems and technologies.
The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, proactive, and possess deep communication skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Experience in at least three enterprise project implementations is required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Modeling & Documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document future-state business processes using Microsoft Visio and Word.
• Identify process gaps and propose enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, and other process documentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
? Experience with year-end and month-end financial close processes; knowledge of the Oracle Supplier Portal preferred.
