Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) and ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service). The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and enhancements of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle FCCS and ARCS modules
- Design and configure consolidation, reconciliation, and close processes
- Develop business rules, data integrations, and reports
- Manage data loads, mappings, and metadata
- Support month-end and year-end financial close cycles
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS & ARCS)
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and account reconciliation processes
- Experience with Data Management, Smart View, and reporting
- Good understanding of financial accounting concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
