Job Title: COBOL and C/C++ Developer
Client: IBM
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Job Description (Short):
Analyze and understand existing COBOL application code and system workflows.Work on modernization and migration of legacy applications to 32-bit environments.Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using COBOL and C/C++.Perform code debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.Support integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.Work with CICS transaction environments (preferred).
Exposure to Linux/Unix platforms is a plus.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and testing.
