Job Details:
HCM Techno‑Functional Skills Required in CSX
Strong functional and technical knowledge in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, ORC, and OLC modules.
BI Publisher (BIP) reporting expertise, including bursting. (Templates: XSLT, RTF, E‑Text)
Fast Formulas (Transformation FF, Payroll FF, Benefits FF, ORC FF).
HCM Extracts development and troubleshooting (Inbound and outbound).
HDL and HSDL experience.
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including packages and procedures.
Strong knowledge of ATP Database.
Minimum years of experience
8-10 years
Certifications Needed :Yes / BE
