Position:: Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager – EDI & B2B Integration

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in EDI and B2B integrations to lead a Spin-Co / Carve-out (TSA-driven) program. The role involves driving Agile delivery of EDI migrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring incremental, value-based delivery aligned with business outcomes.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong experience delivering Agile EDI / B2B Integration programs
- Hands-on working knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
- Solid understanding of EDI standards:
- ANSI X12
- EDIFACT
- Experience with B2B communication protocols:
- AS2
- SFTP
- FTP/S
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional Agile teams and external partners
- Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, burn-up, PI objectives)
- Excellent facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working on Spin-off / Carve-out / TSA-driven programs (highly preferred)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Oracle Database Administration experience
- Oracle Applications–related certifications
- Knowledge of:
- WebLogic
- Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Oracle Internet Directory (OID)
- GoldenGate
- SOX compliance
- Experience leading Database Administration projects and teams
- Knowledge of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- RAC (Real Application Clusters) knowledge
- SQL / PL-SQL development experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive Agile delivery of an EDI Spin-Co / carve-out program with incremental, value-based migration
- Establish and scale Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum / Hybrid Agile) for EDI squads
- Define Program Increments (PI), sprint cadence, and release milestones
- Maintain lightweight Agile governance
- Provide visibility via Agile dashboards, dependency tracking, and reporting
- Plan EDI migration in waves (by trading partner, transaction type, or business domain)
- Coordinate across:
- EDI teams
- ERP (SAP / Oracle)
- Infrastructure
- Network
- Security teams
- Proactively identify and remove Agile impediments
- Maintain RAID logs aligned with sprint and release planning
- Manage cross-team dependencies using Scrum-of-Scrums
- Support Agile-aligned releases, cutover, and go-live activities
- Translate Agile delivery metrics into business outcomes for leadership
- Ensure smooth transition to operations with runbooks and SOPs
- Facilitate retrospectives and support post–go-live stabilization
