Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Oracle Cloud Financials/EPM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience across Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPCM, ARCS). This is a technical role focused on configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and supporting business processes, not a reporting developer position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial and insurance industry's technical and functional landscape and will support month-end close cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (GL, Accounting Hub, RMCS) and Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPCM, ARCS).
- Design and deliver data extracts from Oracle ERP and EPM, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations.
- Enable secure and scalable cloud-to-ground and ground-to-cloud data flows.
- Troubleshoot and support month-end close cycles, requiring flexible hours during the close week.
- Perform GL configuration and Financials setup.
- Grow into a deeper subject matter expert role within the Oracle Cloud platform.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing at least two modules across ERP or EPM platforms (e.g., GL & Accounting Hub, FCCS & EPCM, or two FCCS implementations).
- Validated experience in driving the development and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM applications.
- Must have experience supporting or participating in month-end close and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
- A strong background in Oracle Cloud is required, not general software engineering with light Oracle exposure.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations.
-
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting Applications, including Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
-
Hands-on experience with FCCS, EPCM, or ARCS.
-
Understanding of consolidations, allocations, or performance costing
